Check-in for kids...
The check-in procedure: For the safety of all children attending RBfK, we have a check-in system. We have a check-in booth in both buildings. After sharing information on your child and your contact information, you will be given a sticker with a number that matches the number on your child's sticker. (Preschool and babies usually put stickers on their back, and elementary children get stickers on their front with the front shoulder and chest being the easiest place for our teachers to see) YOU MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL PARENT STICKER OR A PHOTO OF TODAY'S STICKER TO CHECK OUT YOUR CHILD.
The process into the room: Preschool rooms use the same door to enter and exit. The elementry room has a drop-off and a pick-up door. For our children's safety, we do not allow parents or other church members into the classroom. A teacher will meet you at the door. All of our children's ministry workers will be wearing an ID tag or have their picture located outside of the room. If your child is in the nursery, please make sure their personal items are labeled and share any specific information with the nursery volunteers.
The process out of the room: You will meet your child at the exit door of the classroom, our teachers will check sticker numbers and then release the child to you. Tell us if you need to keep the sticker for another child (your sticker has two sets of the same number). Otherwise we keep the sticker. Children will often be offered a sucker or sticker upon leaving the room.

What you can do:
- Make sure your child's allergy, medical, and parent contact information is up to date.
- If you see a number showing on the monitors to the right and left of the main stage in the main worhip center, PLEASE check your sticker number to see if that's your child's number. This is a signal for you to go check on your child. This helps us keep your child safe and secure if a need arises during class.
- Know who is picking up the child and please be on time. Our volunteer teachers often have other serving duties after the hour or need to get to the next church service.
- Leave our child with encouraging words.
- On the way home, ask you child what they learned and what they did. Lessons in preschool and elementry class have one big idea that fits into a phrase or sentence.
- Come back and hang out with us next week!
